ICYMI: PROUD BOYS Falsely Convicted of Sedition - Hear the exonerating voice memo DOJ Witness left to Dominic Pezzola’s Wife
These men were later convicted by a stacked court in Washington D.C. Despite this and much more exonerating evidence, keep reading to see what you missed and how you can help.
What was left of the DOJ’s credibility in this case was shattered when Steven Metcalf, counsel for Defendant Dominic Pezzola played a voice message their star ‘cooperator’ Mr. Bertino sent to Defendant Pezzola’s WIFE.
Dominic Pezzola is a loving husband father and a veteran. He grew up in a diverse community raised by 1st and 2nd generation immigrants. He has a wife and 2 daughters he hasn't been able to see in 2 years. They miss him dearly, their family is not complete without him. Click here
Jeremy Bertino was the government’s star turncoat in the pre-determine show trial against 5 innocent American hostages. Jeremy spent over a week in the hot-seat being grilled over his decision to take a check, and lesser charges in exchange for helping the DOJ to make hostages out of the Proud Boys, permanently.
But before he sang for the DOJ, he was whistling a more truthful tune.
Here are the TOP 5 ‘In Case You Missed It’ moments from this part of the Proud Boys trial.
#1 - DOJ Witness JEREMY BERTINO was outed for being Incentivized to Lie Against his Brothers
WHAT HAPPENED: On the stand, Jeremy Bertino admitted lying to the FBI, changed his story from question to question, and contradicted himself during most of his testimony. Jeremy was offered almost $13,000 by the government to relocate and minimal to no time in jail despite his felony gun charges that WOULD HAVE totaled up to 10 years prison time, if not for his cooperation to lie to a DC jury about the existence of a plan to take over the capitol.
#2: According to Bertino, Tarrio ‘witheld’ his plans from the club & changed the plan for January 6th last minute.
REALITY: Despite plenty of attempts to sway Tarrio to utilize the numbers of the club for the agenda of others, Tarrio immortalized his ACTUAL plans on video-
Which included: Complying with Police, Not Getting Drunk in Public, NEVER being the AGRESSOR, and ONLY acting EVER in self defense.
On January 4th, two days BEFORE the riot at the capitol, Enrique Tarrio was swarmed by heavily armed police (perp walked) and thrown in jail over the burning of a BLM banner. Enrique was then BANNED from being in Washington DC upon his release. Enrique complied with the draconian and unconstitutional orders, and moved his stay to Baltimore, where he asked that the celebrations and party plans for the club be moved so that he could participation with his friends. Nothing was ‘withheld’ from anyone. Bertino had been stabbed in December of 2020, and had ZERO communications with club and rally organizers about the plans Tarrio had for that day. Jeremy had no relevance to the events of January 6th, but that did not stop him from burying his friends to escape his own Justice. (This pattern continued with many of the Government’s witnesses.)
In 2021, Tarrio served FIVE MONTHS in a DC jail for this demonstration, instead of a standard (and appropriate) probation and fine. He would only be home for 2 months before being thrown unceremoniously back into a prison cell for a conspiracy that did not exist.
# 3 Tarrio ‘CREATED’ the ‘1776 Returns’ documents used to attempt a coup against the NOT-YET-ELECTED Biden Regime on January 6th.
REALITY: “Crypto Queen” Erika Flores, AKA 'Eryka Gemma', who was casuallly involved with Tarrio at the time, and went to GREAT LENGTHS to gain his time and attention, took the work of Fellow crypto-entrepreneur Samuel Armes's original work and beefed it up to her own agenda, as revealed in Armes interview with the January 6th committee. The FBI then used information they knew to be a lie to indict, imprison, flip Bertino, and take the Proud Boys as a hostage of a hostile and entirely political demonstration of Biden-ordained totalitarianism. Flores disappeared and plead the 5th when her decisions came back to haunt her.
The former chairman never utilized, distributed, or used FLORES ‘plan.’ He had to do a google search just to understand the metaphor Erika was using to attempt to goad him into her desired action. She sent many texts glorifying herself as a beacon of ‘submissive femininity’ and ‘intelligence.’ Flores wanted to glorify herself through her association with a man she perceived to be of status.
Mr. HASSAN. During that meeting, (Bertino's 1st FBI interview) they gave you the ability to look at documents. Correct?
BERTINO: A. I believe so. Yeah.
Q. And during the course of the meeting, as we previously discussed here, they gave you a document, reference, the 1776 document. Correct?
A. Yes.
Q. And you've had multiple times to see the document here in court. Correct?
A. I have not seen the whole document here in court. No.
Q. Well, you've seen parts of the document. Correct?
A. I don't believe it's ever actually been shown to me in court. No.
Q. Well, you had the ability to see it on March, correct, in your meeting with the Government?
A. I did get a brief look at it. Yes.
Q. And when you had the opportunity to look at it, they, in fact, told you that Tarrio created the document. Correct?
A. I believe they did say something to that the effect, that he created it. Yes.
Q. And then, subsequent to that, they told you, Well, they created it -- he created it and he made some redactions or made some assistance. Correct? He created it with assistance? During this meeting with Mr. Kenerson; This same prosecutor that's sitting next to me? Correct?
A. Yes.
Q. And Agent Nicole Miller was there. Correct?
A. Yes.
Q. Agent Nicole Miller is actually the one that made the statement that says that Tarrio created the document.
A. I believe so.
Q. Well, in fact, you don't know if Mr. Tarrio created the document?
A. I don't know.
Q. And in fact, they misled you that he created the document. Correct?
A. Again, I don't know if he created it, so I can't say that they misled me.
Q. And you don't know if he created it with assistance. Correct?
A. I don't know that for sure.
In HIS testimony to the January 6th Committee, Samuel Armes seemed to have outlined a quiet affection for Ms. Flores, and mistrust of Tarrio. His mistrust would be proven to be directed at the wrong party.
MR ARMES: So there was a time -- so, you know, because Erika and I were business partners, anytime she was in the Miami area and I was coming down to Miami, I'd always make an effort to see her if there was anything that we had to discuss about business. So I believe one time she had an Airbnb in, I believe it was West Palm Beach, to the best of my recollection. And when I arrived at that Airbnb, she was there with Enrique, which obviously made me incredibly uncomfortable. But I stuck around to talk to her for a bit. And Enrique was trying to get me to help him figure out a way to make money off of selling T-shirts online, which was a pretty weird request. And they wanted me to, like, brainstorm with them on, like, T-shirt ideas and setting up some kind of warehouse in Miami to help underserved kids. So that and seeing him at a restaurant with Erika were the only two times I've met him in person. Yeah. And had zero interest, you know, ever even meeting him. Those weren't even planned meetings. He just happened to be there with Erika, who I was there to meet with. Click Here to read the Full Transcript
And yet, after recieving the plan that only describes a SIT IN PROTEST, Tarrio still never sent, distributed, or utilized Flores’ haphazard handiwork.
Defense Counsel Nayib Hassan addressed this in his cross of Mr. Bertino when probing about the misconduct of the FBI and DOJ Prosecutor Erik Kenerson during their interrogation of Bertino.
HASSAN: You don't even know if he even opened up the document?
BERTINO. I don't know that for sure.
Q. Did Mr. Kenerson at any point in time rebuke or condemn the statements made by Ms. Miller?
A. I don't know. Not that I remember.
Q. Did he condemn the statements made by Ms. Miller regarding Tarrio -- regarding Enrique looking at the document, creating the document or modifying it with assistance?
A. I don't recall that. But I'd have to look at the transcripts to be able to verify one way or another.
(Bertino is handed a copy of the ‘1776 Returns’ documents authored by Armes/Flores to review, as part of the FBI/DOJ interview. Agent Miller will be taking the stand this coming week, along with the same prosecutor, Erik Kenerson, who conducted this interview with Bertino to secure his cooperation.)
BERTINO: (A long pause comes over the recording as he reviews the documents) Wow. Yeah, this I had never seen. That I can remember, I have never seen anything like this. And he was sent this?
MILLER: He created this.
BERTINO: Enrique created this? I thought he was sent this from somebody else.
Erik Kenerson and Agent Miller knew this to be a lie but didn’t bother correcting the record. They needed a statistic in their conviction rates, after all.
